Episode 38 - Reccoa's Sign
On the Marodo
they get ready to launch their mobile suits and attack the Audoruma. On
the Audoruma they load the Hyaku Shiki and Zeta Gundam in a shuttle. Quattro
tells Camille the Ahgama won't be there to welcome them so they have to
think of a way. Amuro tells Quattro not to worry about the Earth anymore
and Quattro says Amuro has changed and is more like the Amuro of before.
Amuro says Quattro is the one who changed him. The alarm sounds and Camille
and Quattro go in the shuttle while Amuro and the rest of the Audoruma
pilots go to fight. Amuro attacks in the Dijeh blowing up one of the Barzams.
Jerid tells the Marodo to ram the Audoruma because they are trying to
escape. The Marodo approaches near the Audoruma firing missiles which
the Audoruma destroys. A Nemo is destroyed by a Barzam, which Amuro then
destroys. Amuro fires the bazooka and blows up the bridge of the Marodo.
Amuro distracts Jerid in the Byarlant, then the shuttle carrying Camille
and Quattro launch. Jerid tries to pursue the shuttle but ends up falling
and gets shot by Amuro. Quattro says people believed in space and when
they moved to space humans got new senses and that's one of reasons of
Newtypes. Suddenly Quattro and Camille notice light caused by fighting.
The Ahgama is attacked by the Titans and Yazan notices the Ahgama has
run out of supplies. Quattro and Camille remove all the unnecessary cargo
of the shuttle to make it lighter then Quattro goes and starts the engines.
Quattro says it'll be 15 minutes till they can reach the Ahgama. On the
Ahgama Bright orders all the mobile suits to defend the Ahgama. Fa wants
to launch in the Methuss but Bright doesn't want it to break. Shinta and
Qumu try to launch in the Methuss but have troubles trying to learn how
to move it Bright tells Fa to go to the Methuss and yell at the kids.
She goes and hits the kids on the head and sends them out of the Methuss.
On the Alexandria Gady asks what Reccoa thinks now that her former ship
is under attack. Gady says they still think Reccoa is a spy and she says
she doesn't want to deny herself. Camille tells Quattro they still have
time to make it. Patchi's Rick Dias is caught by the Sea Serpents of the
three Hambrabi's and gets destroyed. They go after Appoli next but Fa
helps him out. The Zeta and Shiki leave the shuttle and Camille tells
Quattro to get on the back of the Zeta in waverider mode and he'll carry
the Shiki there even though the Zeta will run out of fuel one will make
it there. Fa is attacked by the Methuss and is forced to eject, suddenly
the Shiki and Zeta arrive. The Ahgama detects the Shiki and Zeta and Bright
orders the Ahgama to return to the Moon. Camille rescues the pod of the
Methuss and asks why Fa went out in the Methuss she said she wanted to
try out being a pilot for one more time. Camille destroys a Barzam and
Quattro calls for the Mega Bazooka Launcher. Yazan destroys a Nemo and
tries to attack the Launcher but is stopped by Appoli. Camille senses
that Reccoa is on the Alexandria. Reccoa tells Gady the Mega Bazooka Launcher
is out and aiming at the bridge, Gady then orders a retreat. Ramses tries
to attack the Shiki but the Launcher fires hitting him and narrowly missing
the Alexandria. The Alexandria recalls the mobile suits and retreats from
the battle as Quattro wonders why he misses. Reccoa tells Gady she was
fascinated by a strong man like Yazan. Ramses says Reccoa is here because
of the death of Scirocco, Reccoa says she is not that kind of a soldier.
On the Ahgama Appoli is sad because Patchi didn't return. Fa says the
kids were trying to fight in the Methuss. Bright says the speech was broadcast
in the colony as a pirated edition and he saw it. Camille takes a shower
and says to himself that he thought Reccoa died.
