Information: It was late in the war when Zeon decided it was time to upgrade all of its mobile suits. The MS-09R Rick Dom was one of those that got upgraded, even when it was quite advanced in the first place. The Rick Dom II's armaments are almost identical to its predecessor, but its thrusting capabilities greatly improved. The Zeon also gave this new version more attitude control indicators, increasing its maneuverability. The last major improvement was its ability to stay in action longer. Few of these suits were actually produced since it was so late in the war when they were made.
